GIRL, 12, WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER MISSING FROM MORGAN PARK

Charity Percy, 12, has bipolar disorder and is missing from the Morgan Park neighborhood of Chicago.

Percy is described as 5'1" tall and 120 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. Percy was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black stretch pants and a Clissold Elementary School hooded grey sweatshirt.

Percy frequents the area of Blackwelder Park at 155th Street, the Morgan Park area and Hale. According to police, she has bipolar disorder and has not been taking her medication.
